Brahms Requiem

Saturday, November 20th 8pm with

with Newton Choral Society, directed by David Carrier

The Newton Symphony Orchestra is collaborating with the Newton Choral Society to produce a concert to celebrate the Newton Choral Society’s 35th season and the Newton Symphony Orchestra’s 45th season.  Combined, they will perform one of the jewels of the choral and orchestral repertoire, Brahms' German Requiem. Conducted by David Carrier in a jewel of a building, Holy Name Church, West Roxbury, with soprano soloist Leah Hungerford and baritone soloist David McFerrin, this will be an evening to savor.
